Diet plan: Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka swaps juicing for THIS to stay looking slender
DONALD TRUMP’S daughter Ivanka may have had three children over the last six years but her lean physique is the envy of many mothers around the world. As well as fitting in strict exercise programmes in between travelling, she follows a metabolism-boosting diet plan.
Ivanka Trump, 36, has found success of her own in the world of business, and now acts as senior advisor to her father Donald Trump, the US President.
But another area the mother of three has found success is through her diet.
Some simple changes in the way she eats have helped Ivanka’s post baby body snap back into shape.
She has admitted in the past that before getting pregnant she “ate like a teenager…carbs three times a day usually in the form of pasta or pizza”.

Eat plenty of protein
According to the publication, Ivanka prefers salmon, which is full of omega-3 fatty acids the body cannot produce itself.
Fatty acids have been found to reduce inflammation and improve circulation, and salmon is also rich in vitamins D, B and selenium, which can help prevent cell damage.
Limit carbs, but not all of them
Too many carbohydrates can cause weight gain, but you should also make sure to eat them at the right time.
Research in the journal Obesity proved eating carbohydrates at night, rather than first thing in the morning, can help dieters lose body fat.
