Flipkart is offering a massive discount on the Pixel 2, making it almost as cheap as the OnePlus 5T. The offer is for its upcoming Big Shopping Days promotion.

Flipkart is offering a massive discount on the Pixel 2, as part of its Big Shopping Days promotion. The company announced that it will be selling the Google Pixel 2 at "Rs. 39,999 or lower". That's a nearly Rs. 20,000 discount on Google's flagship smartphone.

On its website, Flipkart pits the phone against the OnePlus 5T (review) asking "Isn't it a No Brainer!" However, what's interesting here is that the photos show a Pixel 2 XL, though the discount seems to be offered on the Pixel 2 (review), which is the smaller of the two Google flagships and the without an 18:9 displays.

Some may argue that the Pixel 2 is the better device to buy since it has the same camera as the bigger variant, but without its screen issues. The Pixel 2 runs on the Snapdragon 835 chipset with 4GB of RAM and a 12.2MP rear camera. It has a 5-inch FHD AMOLED display from Samsung and hasn't been affected by the blue tint issues on LG's POLED panels.

Flipkart's Big Shopping Days begin from December 7 (tomorrow) onwards, continuing till December 9. The company is also going to sell the iPhone X and the Xiaomi Redmi 5A on the sale.
