KEL ELEX 2017 to Kick off on December 13 in Kochi

Kochi: Leading government organizations and globally renowned electrical and allied products companies will showcase their products and latest technology at ELEX 2017, the electrical engineering expo to be organised at Kochi’s CIAL Trade Fair and Exhibition Centre from December 13 to 15.

Some of the companies who will be showcasing their products and technologies at ELEX 2017 include Autokast, ISRO, KMRL, DRDO, KINFRA, Anert, Telk, Keltron, Cochin Shipyard, Kochi Metro, Kohler, Compaq, Transfix, V-Guard, Traco Cables, QWave, Navalt, Siemens, Hitachi, Crompton Greaves, and Finolex.

The theme for the expo, the flagship event of Kerala Government-owned Kerala Electrical and Allied Engineering Products (KEL) is ‘Powering Future Kerala’. The event will also include a three-day technical conference where top bureaucrats, eminent technologists, technical experts and top executives from leading organizations will deliberate discussions on the future and trends in the electrical engineering field in Indian and Kerala specifically.

The conference will discuss topics such as Global Experience on Energy Efficiency and Climate Change; Elevating Industrial Energy Efficiency in Kerala; Case Studies on Energy Management in Industries; Best Practices for Industrial Energy Efficiency; Equipment and Goods – Present Scenario and Export Opportunities; DRDO – Industry Interface and Transfer of Technology; and Powering God’s Own Country with Sun, and the like.
