Still no phase one deal at chaotic Brexit talks

Despite much positive speculation leading up to a visit to Brussels by British Prime Minister Theresa May, there is no agreement relating to the phase one of the Brexit negotiations. The main sticking point relates to the status of the Irish border upon Britain's exit from the bloc in March 2019.
