'Not just any Christmas food...' M&S slashes festive range prices – but there’s a catch

With the big day fast approaching, Marks and Spencer has decided to cut the prices of their Christmas food range on everything from steaks to Prosecco.

All the party food to cupboard essentials, everything you could think of appears to be included in the offer.

But if you want to get your claws on this incredible deal, you’ll have to get ready to fight off the crowds as the offer only applies in store.

As well as 3 for 2 on its luxury party food, there are also offers on puddings and larder essentials such as goose fat and brandy butter.

And when it comes to the all-important alcohol, that’s also on sale.

The popular supermarket currently has a 2 for £5 deal on the true Christmas classic that is Buck’s Fizz, as well as £3 off Conte Priuli Prosecco, now £9 a bottle instead of £12.

Starting from tomorrow until December 31, there will be 3 for 2 on party food, which includes steak and chips canapés (ten for £7) and goats cheese with caramelised onion tart tatin (also usually £7 for ten).

For sauces, there’s 3 for 2 on British goose fat, chestnut chutney, brandy butter and cranberry and port sauce.

And to wash down your meals, the 3 for 2 offer also applies to puddings – for those with a sweet tooth.

You can get a salted caramel and chocolate brownie tartlets for £4 each.
