Fourth fire breaks out in San Bernardino, injuring twoTwo people were hospitalized with burns from a fire Tuesday near the campus of California State University, San Bernardino — the fourth wildland blaze to break out Southern California in less than 24 hours. One patient was in critical condition, San Bernardino County Fire spokesman Eric Sherwin said. No other details about the patients were released. The fire, called the Little Mountain Fire, broke out about 12:28 p.m. just south of the university and burned about 30 acres in two hours, Sherwin said. “I expect that number to grow,” he said. “We are at zero percent containment.” The fire is threatening structures, forcing mandatory evacuations in San Bernardino.
