To pressure the State Government over their pending demands, including rectification in pay anomalies, many of the State Government employees continued with work boycott stir on Tuesday under the banner of State Employee Joint Council, Uttarakhand, which adversely affected works in the Government offices. With the stir on, some members of the association met the chief secretary and told him that the association would fix its next course of action during a meeting on Tuesday. Besides, a delegation of the association met the principal secretary (finance) Radha Raturi and presented their demand. Later the agitators who were present at the meeting termed the talks as positive. The agitators held a demonstration at Vikas Bhawan.
