Kendrick Lamar To Release New Edition Of 'DAMN.'With the tracklisting in reserve order...

*Kendrick Lamar* is set to release new version of his studio album 'DAMN.'.

The rapper released the album earlier this year, a broad-ranging return that fused his political ire with a raft of guest appearances - including a walk-on role from U2's Bono.

At the time, fan speculation held that a second album would be release, a shadow-piece to the work on 'DAMN.', yet this never materialised.

Now Kendrick Lamar is preparing a new version of 'DAMN.', this time with the tracklisting reversed.

As *Pitchfork* reports *Microsoft's online music marketplace* lists a fresh version of the album, complete with new cover artwork.

Intriguingly, Kendrick Lamar *said at the time* of the album's release that 'DAMN.' had two meanings - one played forwards, the other backwards.

He said: “You listen from the back end, and it’s almost the duality and the contrast of the intricate Kendrick Lamar. Both of these pieces are who I am.”
