Hyderabad: Speculations of a bomb menace led to prevalent terror on the latest unveiled Metro Rail on Sunday. On social media, a photograph from Ameerpet Interchange Station has been getting viral that features cop sniffer dog and a bomb team.

The cops in a black were noticed verifying bags and examining corners at the Metro station. This enforced individuals to think that there was some sort of risk. But, this did not appear to frighten travelers. At Ameerpet, Miyapur and Nagole stations, trains ran jam-packed and travelers were high.
The cops denied the speculations and affirmed that the bomb team was doing a daily check.
A senior cop official in-charge of Metro Rail security affirmed that a bomb-detection team would carry out daily verification at the stations.
“It is a usual check that will be conducted daily by the local cops. Reports of a bomb being discovered are completely unjustified,” he stated.
