The ITV series comes to an end this Sunday but temperatures are expected to soar up to 33 degrees with medics said to be on hand for the star-studded line-up. 

Producers fear the soaring temperatures will attract a flurry of mosquitoes and snakes which have already caused havoc in camp. 

Last week, Medic Bob revealed that eight snakes had been found in close proximity to the group, while a deadly serpent was removed earlier in the series. 

“We are checking 24 hours a day for safety in this camp,” he said. "There are dozens of cameras so we are watching for anything nasty 24 hours a day.

"We have found eight snakes this week, we have taken five out of the camera hides already and there are three hidden away in the roof.”

An ITV spokesperson has insisted: “We have contingency plans in place to cover all weather eventualities.”

The latest news comes ahead of the third live elimination from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! tonight. 

Shappi Khorsandi, 44, became the first star to be given the boot on Friday while Kezia Dugdale, 36, followed her out of the jungle last night. 

Following her exit, the Scottish MSP snubbed an appearance on Good Morning Britain and riled up Piers Morgan, 52, in the process.
