Gemma Collins admits to wetting herself after falling from stage

GEMMA Collins famously fell down a trap door at the Radio 1 Teen Awards.

    WHOOPS: Gemma fell down the trap door

    Speaking about the infamous fall, Gemma revealed her nearest and dearest are now on "fall alert".

    Gemma told OK! Magazine: "I've changed my shoes and gone for a thicker heel! I never used to look where I was going. Now someone checks out the area before I arrive to make sure there's nowhere for me to fall!"

    The starlet explained that despite the pain, she found the incident hilarious which led to her bladder failing her.

    Gemma added: "It was bloody painful. I'll never live it down. I was laughing so much I wet myself."
