REAL ESTATE PEOPLE: Whiteside, Swan, Triolo, Pinto, Morse

Shelley Whiteside has been promoted to regional marketing director of the Sarasota region at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.

In this new role, she will be leading the development and execution of regional marketing plans, media buying and corporate training for the areas she serves. Whiteside covers offices from Venice Beach through Sarasota, Bradenton and the Tampa Bay region.

Whiteside, of Sarasota, has over 15 years of experience managing the marketing and sales efforts for prominent organizations.

 

Swan   Ken Swan, manager of Wagner Realty’s Business Brokerage Group, has been elected president of the Saint Leo University Alumni Association. The alumni association’s 81,000 members are from all 50 states and 92 countries.   Swan is a member of the 1967 charter graduating class of Saint Leo, north of Tampa, and was alumni treasurer for four years. He was a banker for many years, specializing in Small Business Administration loans.   At Wagner, Swan helps entrepreneurs buy, sell or invest in business opportunities.  

Triolo   Kristin Triolo has joined Re/Max Platinum Realty as a broker associate in the Sarasota office. She specializes in residential green properties, working with buyers and sellers of new homes, resales, condos, country club and golf course properties, waterfront homes and estates, investment real estate and vacant land throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. Triolo has 14 years of local real estate experience. She is secretary of the Board of Directors of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee and Florida state governor of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is on the Florida Realtors Board of Directors, the National Association of Realtors Resort and Second Home Committee and the Council of Certified Residential Specialists National Outreach Mastermind Division. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, and holds the NAR Green Real Estate Designation.  



Pinto  

Real estate agent Sabine Pinto has joined the Venice office of Re/Max Platinum Realty. She specializes in luxury waterfront properties in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties.

Originally from Moerlenbach, Germany, she has a master's of Science degree in engineering and worked as an engineer for international companies, traveling extensively in Europe, Asia and North America.

She speaks German and English fluently and has some familiarity with French and Spanish. She and her husband, Craig, owned and operated the engineering company CSNgineering LLC, which moved from Savannah, Georgia, to Sarasota in 2011.

Due to her previous experience, Pinto is skilled in marketing strategies, negotiating deals and customer service. She has teamed up with fellow agent Jessika Arman, a native Sarasotan.



Morse  

Sunset Realty has hired agent Marcia Morse. A former financial adviser, she saw firsthand one of the greatest financial rewards her clients achieved was through real estate investments and homeownership.

Morse became a real estate agent in 2004. She specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers who relocate to Sarasota. She continues to help sellers prep their homes to sell and holds a free seminar in the Sarasota area every month to help buyers understand and enjoy the homeownership process.

Morse and her family have lived in Sarasota for over 30 years.
