Chandigarh, Dec 4 – Haryana Governor, Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki would inaugurate the 66^th All India Police Hockey Championship at Motilal Nehru School of Sports, Rai in district Sonepat on December 5, 2017. The Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal would be the chief guest in the concluding ceremony of the Championship on December 12.
While stating this today, an official spokesman said that this year, Haryana has got the honour to host the 66^th All India Police Hockey Championship. All arrangements have been made for the championship and final rehearsal of the function was held today, he added.
As many as 24 teams and 526 players of BSF, CISF, IRB and SSB from different states are participating in this championship.
