Pat Phelan's reign of terror on the Coronation Street cast continues to rage, with the crooked builder having murdered Andy Carver (Oliver Farnsworth) and Vinny Ashford (Ian Kelsey).
He's now turned his wrath upon poor Anna Windass (Debbie Rush), framing her for pushing apprentice Seb Franklin (Harry Visoni) off a ladder, resulting in her being put in a prison cell.
And with Gary Windass (Mikey North) "dying" in Ukraine, the stress is piling upon the poor cafe worker – making Phelan all the more merciless.
Currently, adopted daughter Faye Windass (Ellie Leach) is shacked up with Pat, with her and boyfriend Seb under his spell, having been convinced that Anna is guilty.

While Gary previously told Faye that Phelan raped Anna, she dismissed the news, instead likening Anna to a "prostitute" and claiming she had sex with the builder for money.
But Faye sees the evil within Phelan in coming scenes, driving her to change her mind about just how "nice" he is.
Anna dramatically collapses while in prison, prompting her to be rushed to hospital for treatment.
Realising this is her chance to escape, a sickly Anna makes a break for it, and ends up on the run from the police.
