He said that his company has strong network of 78 branches and around 400 access points spread across the state. In Madhya Pradesh, the bank had 1 lakh account holders and around 2 lakh loan customers. More emphasis would be made towards customers who want to avail loan of Rs 1 to Rs 10 lakh, he added.
Arora further said that these branches and banking points operate for late hours and are located in areas where customers either reside or work. Customers can also avail of doorstep banking. The bank introduced simple and convenient banking in the state with bank’s biometric and Aadhar-enabled digital banking platform is completely paperless, easy and convenient for customers. Fino Payments Bank aims to provide banking for all under the national agenda of financial and largely provides banking services to small business owners such as kirana shops, dairy farmers, vegetable vendors, electricians, tailors, carpenters, drivers and low income households, whose monthly income is from Rs 10,000 to Rs 40,000.
