KUWAIT, 4th December, 2017 (WAM) -- Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Kuwait First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, received Monday a phone call from US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on regional and international developments.

They also reviewed means of boosting bilateral ties, according to the Kuwait News Agency.
