Imphal, December 03 2017: Western Sporting Club Ngairangbam and Manipur Library Association (MALA) today, inaugurated Ideal Public Library Ngairangbam at Ngairangbam Model village .

A press release issued by the president of the Western Sporting Club stated that the club was inaugurated by Advocate and ex-Joint Secretary of All Manipur Bar Association, Laishram Indrakumar Singh at the event .

MALA president K Chaoba, vice president RK Devarita and former president L Sabita Devi as well as members of the clubs, womenfolk participated in the event.
