Politicians and experts from all around the world attended the high-level dialogue between the Communist Party of China (CPC) and international political parties.

The response to Chinese President Xi Jinping's keynote speech, in which a shared future for mankind in a new era and the vision for the governance of countries and of the world as a whole were mentioned, has been overwhelmingly positive.

The participants reached broad consensus and passed the Beijing Initiative, which outlines new agendas for the cooperation of international political parties.

Philippine Senate President Aquilino Pimentel, who is also the president of Partido Demokratikong Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan, declared that China's progress greatly influences that of other countries.

"There are some quarters which try to warn the world about the progress of China, that it will be not good for the rest of the world. But hearing it from the President of China, the General Secretary of the CPC, that the progress of China will be shared with the rest of the world," said Pimentel.

Respect and inclusiveness was a strong theme of the speech, and was a major talking point afterwards.
