NPR's John Hockenberry has been accused of sexual harassment by women while hosting the show 'The Takeaway' back in 2014.

In response, Hockenberry has since issued a statement saying it horrifies him that people felt uncomfortable with his behavior.

He went on to add, "I’ve always had a reputation for being tough, and certainly I’ve been rude, aggressive and impolite.
