The latest batch of celebrities have only been in the jungle for two weeks, but it is reported that they have collectively lost over six stone. 

Hollyoaks hunk Jamie Lomas, 42, and boxer Amir Khan, 30, are said to have been the ones with the greatest weight-loss already. 

A source revealed: "You are starting to see a real difference in the likes of Jamie and Amir. 

"We estimate all 11 of them combined have shed around six stone. 

"It's a huge diet change, but no one complains as for most it is the best detox diet of their life," an insider told the Daily Mirror. 

The campmates this year have struggled to consistently gain enough stars for a regular packed meal and as such, have been surviving on rice and beans for the most of it. 

The source explained: "The celebrities lost the weight because they are eating healthy organic vegetables and meat, the body readily absorbs this so they make sure the meat is heavy in protein and the fruit and veg heavy in minerals, vitamins and glucose."

Jamie has openly spoken about his weight loss during his time on I'm A Celebrity, saying to his campmates: "I've lost so much weight in here, which isn't a bad thing. 

"But the hunger, it really gets to you."
