(MENAFN - Tribal News Network) BANNU: Essaki tribesmen on Sunday asked the provincial government to compensate the relatives of a constable who was 'killed' mysteriously four days ago under Shuhada package.
The tribesmen staged a protest demonstration and blocked DI Khan Road for traffic after the police claimed it was a suicide. The protesters criticized the investigators and demanded of the government to show CCTV footage to family members of the cop.
The protesters alleged that the police department subjecting the family to injustice and threatened to stage a sit-in on DI Khan Road if the government failed to hold an impartial inquiry within three days and give them Shuhada Package.
