In recent months the soap has been dominated by the Willmott-Brown's gradual takeover of Albert Square.
Max Branning (Jake Wood) has been working alongside convicted rapist James Willmott-Brown (William Boyde) to bring down the EastEnders cast.
But it looks like their mastermind project Dagmar could be over before we know it – and it's all thanks to murderer Bobby Beale (Eliot Carrington).
Bobby killed his own sister Lucy back in 2014 in one of the biggest whodunit storylines to date.
BBC
The twisted young villain has been kept behind bars for Lucy's death and for causing grievous bodily harm to own step-mum Jane and is serving a four year sentence.
But could he be set for an early release for good behaviour and bring down the characters behind Dagmar?
Fans have riddled social media sites with their theories about what could happen.
One person predicted: "Bobby comes back swinging a baseball bat and takes out all the Wilmotts."

"Someone needs to curb stomp Luke. I've had enough of this c*** now. Bobby where you at?" asked another.
A third begged: "Jane should go break Bobby out and return to the Square… the child size killer would soon get rid of Max."
"EastEnders should set Bobby on Luke," urged one.
Bobby was last seen on-screen when dad Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) went to visit him with the news that Steven Beale had passed away in the aftermath of the Walford gas explosion.
TV villains: The characters we love to hate

Could he be the one to bludgeon Max and the Willmott-Browns to death using a hockey stick and save Albert Square?
Just last night, EastEnders spoilers revealed Luke Browning (Adam Astill) – the oldest son of the clan – left his boyfriend Ben Mitchell (Harry Reid) for dead after a savage attack.
We reckon it's only time until he gets his comeuppance…
