Azpilicueta comes back into the Chelsea side, with Gary Cahill out.
Antonio Conte appears to have named a five-man midfield, with Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso on the flanks.
Danny Drinkwater, Cesc Fabregas and N’Golo Kante sit in the middle, with Eden Hazard off centre-forward Alvaro Morata.
It means there is no room in the side for Willian or Pedro, who both started in the 1-0 win over Swansea in midweek.
As for Newcastle, Chancel Mbemba and Javi Chancel Manquillo return to the starting XI after not featuring in the 2-2 draw at West Brom in midweek.
