(MENAFN - Tribal News Network) PESHAWAR, 2 December: Inspector General Police (IGP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Salahuddin Mehsud said on Friday that police reached the site of terrorist attack at Agriculture Directorate in Peshawar within three minutes of the incident which minimised the damages.

Talking to media persons, the police chief said three terrorists wearing burqas entered the Agriculture Directorate at 8:45am. He said nine people, including six students and a watchman, embraced martyrdom in the incident. He said a journalist, a policeman and two soldiers were among the injured.

Mr Mehsud said three terrorists were killed in the operation. He said massive damages were averted due to timely action by the security forces. He said one of the attackers has been identified.
