GETTY
WATFORD 1-1 TOTTENHAM
93: Spurs are set to lose further ground on the Premier Leaders. Watford appeal for a Dier handball after Richarlison's cross, but no penalty given.
BRIGHTON 1-5 LIVERPOOL - DUNK OG
89: Content with four? No way. Coutinho escapes his marker, surges forward and his curling shot is deflected in off Lewis Dunk.
BRIGHTON 1-4 LIVERPOOL - COUTINHO
86: Oh behave! Philippe Coutinho has just scored an absolute worldie. The Brazilian wins the free-kick, takes it and cleverly puts it under the wall and past Mat Ryan.

ARSENAL vs MANCHESTER UNITED
Arsenal XI: Cech, Koscielny, Mustafi, Monreal, Bellerin, Ramsey, Xhaka, Kolasinac, Ozil, Sanchez, Lacazette.
Subs: Mertesacker, Wilshere, Giroud, Ospina, Iwobi, Welbeck, Coquelin.
Manchester United XI: de Gea, Lindelof, Smalling, Rojo, Valencia, Pogba, Matic, Young, Lingard, Martial, Lukaku.
Subs: Mata, Blind, Rashford, Romero, Ander Herrera, Darmian, McTominay.
Referee: Andre Marriner.
WATFORD 1-1 TOTTENHAM
76: Spurs really don’t look like they’re playing with a man less. Son is replaced by Erik Lamela, who came up with an assist midweek after a lengthy absence.
EVERTON 2-0 HUDDERSFIELD - CALVERT-LEWIN
74: Sam Allardyce is on his way to an opening victory as Everton boss. Dominic Calvert-Lewin is slipped in by Wayne Rooney and his shot takes a fortunate deflection to take it into the net.
GETTY
BRIGHTON 1-3 LIVERPOOL
72: Should be 3-2. A free-kick drops kindly to Glenn Murray, who swivels and smashes hit effort wide. A second would really test Liverpool’s resolve.
STOKE 2-1 SWANSEA
69: So close to an equaliser as Butland can only parry Ki’s strike from distance. He does enough to clear the danger though.
BRIGHTON 1-3 LIVERPOOL
66: Salah controls a Firmino pass and fires it towards goal, but Ryan smothers the effort.
WATFORD 1-1 TOTTENHAM
63: Woodwork! Tottenham looking vulnerable now they’re down to 10. Doucoure blasts one in from 25 yards and it strikes the woodwork with Lloris beaten.
LEICESTER 1-0 BURNLEY
57: Burnley apply the pressure, but Hendrick is just underneath Ward's cross as the Clarets rob the hosts of possession in their own half. Off the line! Bardsley tidies up after Pope dives at the feet of Morgan to deny the defender a tap-in following Vardy's mis-hit volley.
REUTERS
WEST BROM 0-0 CRYSTAL PALACE
55: Jay Rodriguez really should give Alan Pardew’s side the lead but he smashes it straight at Speroni. The Baggies edging this one at the moment.
WATFORD 1-1 TOTTENHAM - RED CARD
53: Davinson Sanchez is off! The centre-back is shown a straight red card after throwing his elbow in Richarlison’s face.
BRIGHTON 1-3 LIVERPOOL - MURRAY (PEN)
51: Is it Sevilla all over again?! Brighton have pulled one back from the penalty spot after Henderson was penalised for fouling Shane Duffy.
EVERTON 1-0 HUDDERSFIELD - SIGURDSSON
48: Gylfi Sigurdsson nets the first goal of Sam Allardyce’s tenure. Dominic Calvert-Lewin executes a great flick for the midfielder, who converts from close range.
BRIGHTON 0-3 LIVERPOOL - FIRMINO
49: Game, set and match Liverpool. It’s a little harsh on Brighton, who almost score through Glenn Murray.
Anyway, Salah plays Firmino through and the Brazilian international makes no mistake by tucking it home.

HT: BRIGHTON 0-2 LIVERPOOL - CAN, FIRMINO
HT: STOKE 2-1 SWANSEA - BONY, SHAQIRI, DIOUF
HT: EVERTON 0-0 HUDDERSFIELD
HT: WATFORD 1-1 TOTTENHAM - KABASELE, SON
HT: WEST BROM 0-0 CRYSTAL PALACE
HT: LEICESTER 1-0 BURNLEY - GRAY
**************************
WEST BROM 0-0 CRYSTAL PALACE
43: Benteke chance! He wins the header from a corner but heads straight at the keeper. Either side and Crystal Palace would be ahead. 'Alan Pardew it's all about you' sing the Palace fans. 'Alan Pardew he left cos you're s***’ respond West Brom fans. Touche
REUTERS
STOKE 2-1 SWANSEA - DIOUF
40: Paul Clement can’t believe his Swansea side have let this lead slip in the space of three minutes. Mame Biram Diouf brings down Peter Crouch's flick on and pokes past the 'keeper.
WATFORD 1-1 TOTTENHAM
37: Doucoure breaks from midfield, beats his man and fizzes a long-range effort wide of the target. Seconds before that Eriksen strikes the free-kick from distance and it goes all the way through to Gomes.
STOKE 1-1 SWANSEA - SHAQIRI
36: Oh how Mark Hughes needed that. Shaqiri levels for the hosts after Joe Allen found him inside the area. No mistake with the finish.
BRIGHTON 0-2 LIVERPOOL - FIRMINO
31: Incredible goal, and now the prospect of Brighton being blown away looks like a very real possibility. Salah to Coutinho, to Firmino and the Brazilian thumps it home.
There were just 79 seconds between Liverpool's first and second goals against Brighton.
GETTY
BRIGHTON 0-1 LIVERPOOL - CAN
30: Commentators curse, eh? Emre Can makes the breakthrough with a bullet header from Philippe Coutinho’s corner.
BRIGHTON 0-0 LIVERPOOL
29: Any prospect of Brighton being blown away looks unlikely. Liverpool are dominating things but the Seagulls are, as normal, well organised and giving few chances away.
WATFORD 1-1 TOTTENHAM - SON
25: You just knew this would be a goal frenzy! Christian Eriksen squares for Son, who taps into the empty net at the back post.
WATFORD 1-0 TOTTENHAM
24: Spurs have kept just one clean sheet in their last seven Premier League games, after registering four shut-outs in the five games before that. Watford, however, are averaging two goals every game… I guess it makes sense the Hornets are ahead.
EVERTON 0-0 HUDDERSFIELD
21: Wayne Rooney tries to volley an effort towards goal from 25 yards out but his strike smashes into the back of Schindler.
REUTERS
BRIGHTON 0-0 LIVERPOOL
19: Chance! Brighton finally have an opportunity and it falls to Glenn Murray. The forward collects the ball from Brown but slices it wide.
WEST BROM 0-0 CRYSTAL PALACE
16: Save! Wilfried Zaha, who I decided to drop from my Fantasy Football side, rifles one into the side-netting. Aside from that, not too much to discuss at the Hawthorns.
WATFORD 1-0 TOTTENHAM - KABASELE
13: What on earth is going on with Tottenham?! Christian Kabasele gets up above everyone else to power home a header from Tom Cleverley's in-swinging corner.
EVERTON 0-0 HUDDERSFIELD
12: Not the start you would have expected from a side with a new manager. Sam Allardyce’s Everton haven’t really been able to carve any chances yet.
WATFORD 0-0 TOTTENHAM
9: Panic for Spurs fans as Harry Kane goes down injured. He should really have converted Trippier’s cross but clattered into the post instead. He’s moving about now, still a tad gingerly.
REUTERS
LEICESTER 1-0 BURNLEY - GRAY
6: Brave goal for Demarai Gray. He's hurt in the process, but the winger capitalises on the goalkeeper parrying it out, and throws himself at it to score.
BRIGHTON 0-0 LIVERPOOL
5: Almost a very early breakthrough for Liverpool. Firmino should convert Coutinho’s cross but it comes off his shoulder and flies wide. The Reds are looking very sharp indeed.
STOKE 0-1 SWANSEA - BONY
2: NOT the start Mark Hughes would have wanted. Swansea take the lead through former Potter striker Wilfried Bony, who heads home from Olsson’s cross.
WE’RE UNDERWAY!
1: We’ve kicked off up and down the country folks. Sweepstake on the first scorer? I’ll go for Wayne Rooney against Huddersfield.

GETTY
EVERTON vs HUDDERSFIELD
14:57: Sam Allardyce said he was retiring when he left Crystal Palace at the end of last season but it never seemed likely to last.
Such is his standing in the game he was being linked with other jobs within weeks and, not surprisingly, he is now back in the Premier League as he takes charge of Everton.
He was clearly not the Toffees' first choice but so serious did their situation become in the month after sacking Ronald Koeman that he now seems a good fit.
STOKE vs SWANSEA
14:55: There have been a few fallers in the managerial sack race lately and attention is now focusing on who the next casualty might be.
Mark Hughes, for the first time since taking charge of Stoke in 2013, is now starting to come under pressure.
In some ways he could be considered a victim of his own success having guided the Potters to three successive ninth-placed finishes from 2014-16.
Supporters are certainly expecting more than a battle against relegation, which Stoke are in danger of slipping into having won only four of their 14 games.
GETTY
LEICESTER vs BURNLEY
14:53: Burnley have edged Tottenham out of the top six, for the time being at least, and while people will expect their bubble to burst sooner or later, it is tempting to wonder how high they can go under Sean Dyche.
Victory at Leicester - a fixture that should hold no fear given the Clarets' improvement away from home this term - would see them put even more pressure on the established clubs around them. These are heady times at Turf Moor.
AFTERNOON
14:50: Welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Premier League with Liverpool, Tottenham and Everton in action on a bumper afternoon of fixtures.
We’ve just seen Chelsea outclass Newcastle at Stamford Bridge with a comfortable 3-1 win.
And I’m hoping that we’ll average four goals in every match this afternoon - that’s hope NOT expectation!
Anyway, enough of my nonsense. Let’s get going!
REUTERS
JURGEN KLOPP
14:35: "We have an injury problem with Joel Matip, Joe Gomez is ill, Ragnar Klavan was ill until yesterday - he didn't train with the team even yesterday so we took him here to see how he felt today,” Klopp said.
"A few other changes not because of injuries, that's the situation, [we're] a little bit different in the defence line."
TEAM NEWS
14:30: Jurgen Klopp made changes to his side for the 3-0 win at Stoke and he’s done so again today.
Trent Alexander-Arnold comes into the defence, while Emre Can also drops back. Jordan Henderson returns to the midfield and James Milner gets a run out.
Dominic Solanke is back on the bench but there’s no room for Daniel Sturridge as Roberto Firmino starts up top.
As for Brighton, Gaetan Bong replaces Markus Suttner, while Izzy Brown comes in for Jose Izquierdo.
