Can't say if it is Manish Tewari's voice: Sheila Dikshit

Former Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit has questioned the authenticity of the leaked taped conversation in which senior leader Manish Tewari is apparently heard saying that Congress is a family proprietorship. When asked about the tapes, Sheila Dikshit said that she has no way to confirm if the voice on tape is that of Manish Tewari. Dikshit's son Sandeep too has been caught on tape where he doesn't dispute when told by a party worker that it is a family enterprise.
