Diana 2.0: Royal expert says THIS proves Meghan will turn into ‘people’s princess’

SHE may be Prince Harry’s new fiancee, but Meghan Markle is already being compared to his mum.

The American actress stepped out on her first Royal engagement yesterday with her future hubby.

The couple swept up the love of the Nottingham crowds with handshakes, chats and beaming smiles.

It came after their whirlwind year-and-a-half romance culminated in Harry popping the question over a roast chicken.

NEW PEOPLE'S PRINCESS? A body language expert has been watching Meghan very closely

But a body language expert spotted something during their day out in the city that smacked a resemblance to Princess Diana.

And the expert, Judi James, believes it’s a sign Meghan will become the next “People’s Princess”.

That moment was when, while greeting the crowds, one fan dropped a glove onto the floor and Meghan came to the rescue to pick it up.

REVEALED: This was the moment Meghan returned a glove to a fan and became 'People's Princess'

“Picking up the glove was the perfect gesture to cement Meghan's place as a royal,” Judi told The Sun.

“This type of spontaneous and natural response completely mirrors the kind of behaviour that Diana used, and which earned her the tag ‘The Peoples' Princess’.”

As well as Diana, Meghan is also being compared to Prince William’s wife Kate, who she is said to get on well with.

“It's also interesting to see that Kate also showed a tendency to act in the same way back in November when she instinctively bent down to pick up her own water bottle after dropping it on the pavement during a film premier,” Judi said.

She added: “Despite being the newbie and a Hollywood star to boot there was nothing grand or over-glamorous about Meghan's body language and the one huge "tell" about her approach to her new role came when a member of the crowd dropped her glove and Meghan swooped down to pick it up and hand it back in a way that showed a desire to just act naturally.”
