Avengers: Infinity War will release in India a week before its release in United States : Much-awaited Avengers: Infinity War, which can be said to be the beginning of the end for at least the current story-line of Marvel Cinematic Universe, will release in India a full week before the United States. Infinity War brings together Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy who are pitted against the universe-destroying Mad Titan Thanos. In India, the film will release on April 27 as opposed to its US release of May 4.

Tom Hanks weighs in on Hollywood sexual harassment scandal : Hollywood heavyweight Tom Hanks has spoken up on the sexual abuse scandal, currently ripping through the film industry, explaining that the allegations against prominent men in Hollywood does not surprise him. The 61-year-old actor said that he is not surprised by the almost daily accusations of sexual harassment as he believes that “predators are absolutely everywhere” within the entertainment industry.

Daisy Ridley doesn’t want to play Rey beyond Star Wars: Episode IX : Daisy Ridley, who rose to fame by playing Rey in the first iteration of the Star Wars sequel trilogy, The Force Awakens, has noted that she is unsure about returning to play her character Rey beyond her contractually obliged appearance in the ninth Star Wars film in 2019, to be directed by JJ Abrams. "I am really, really excited to do the third thing and round it out, because ultimately, what I was signing on to was three films. So, in my head, it’s three films. I think it will feel like the right time to round it out," she said.
