Reduction of share capital :
Upon coming into effect of the Scheme for Reduction of Share Capital as approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench:
The paid-up share capital of the company shall stand reduced from Rs. 3,40,26,470/- divided into 34,02,647 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 17,01,320/- divided into 1,70,132 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
Consequently, every shareholder shall receive 5 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each in lieu of every 100 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each
