Martial arts gaining popularity among children of Kashmir valley

Around 600 children from different schools of Jammu and Kashmir's Srinagar, Anantnag, Pulwama, and Baramulla districts took part in an inter-district Tong-Il Moo-Do tournament. The three-day long tournament was organized by Jammu Kashmir State Sports Council. Children of the valley have started showing keen interest in learning martial arts and as many as 1000 boys and girls from the Valley are learning Tong-Il Moo-Do the Korean mix martial arts form.
