Premier League predictions: Paul Ince predicts Arsenal vs Man Utd and this week's games

PAUL INCE is back with his Premier League predictions for this weekend's round of fixtures.

Paul Ince predicts this week's games

Chelsea 4-0 Newscastle (Paddy Power odds: 12/1)

At Chelsea? Home win. You’ve got to fancy them. The big guns will be back after being rested midweek. Newcastle are conceding goals at the moment, you saw them get hit for three at Watford, and I think they’ll struggle again here.

Brighton 1-3 Liverpool (Paddy Power odds: 10/1)

Liverpool are scoring goals at the moment, but conceding them too. Brighton are a solid team, so they need to be on their guard, but I just think the Reds will have too much for them.

Everton 1-1 Huddersfield (Paddy Power odds: 13/2)

Yes, Everton winning 4-0 in midweek was great, and will give them some much-needed confidence, but things change so quickly in the Premier League, and Huddersfield will give them a tough game. The Terriers have only won once away from home this season, so I’m going to go for the draw.

Leicester 2-1 Burnley (Paddy Power odds: 7/1)

Burnley are flying at the moment, and no longer good just at home. But Leicester are very strong at home and, after beating Tottenham in midweek, I fancy them to win again.

Stoke 2-0 Swansea (Paddy Power odds: 15/2)

It might not be the most exciting game of the weekend, but it’s a massive game for both teams – that’s for sure. Swansea aren’t scoring at all and it’s really not great there. Stoke got smashed in the week, but they’re creating chances, and I think they were unlucky. They’ll do the job here.

Watford 1-3 Spurs (Paddy Power odds: 11/1)

There are definitely going to be goals in this one, for sure. Spurs need to comeback after losing to Leicester, while Watford will be hurting after a tough defeat against United. Should be an exciting match.

West Brom 1-1 Crystal Palace (Paddy Power odds: 5/1)

Another ‘thriller’..! Both teams will be keeping it tight. West Brom have a new manager in Alan Pardew who will want a good start, while Palace have been in decent form. Draw written all over it.

Arsenal 2-2 Manchester United (Paddy Power odds: 11/1)

I went to the Arsenal match in the week and, even they won 5-0, they weren’t overly convincing. The scoreline flattered them, and defensively they weren’t great. I think both teams will concede goals, and this should be an entertaining one.

Bournemouth 2-1 Southampton (Paddy Power odds: 9/1)

A Derby game between two good sides who both should be playing with the pressure off. For that reason, I expect a decent match, but fancy Bournemouth to nick it.

Manchester City 5-0 West Ham (Paddy Power odds: 12/1)

This could be the first time ever since writing for the Express that I put a double-figures prediction. But I better not be that horrible to my old team. Besides, you’d hope that they’d shut up shop after losing 4-0 to Everton – but I’m not holding out much hope for West Ham. The way City are playing, it could be anything. I reckon Moyesie might take just the five!
