The positions are available in ISRO's Space Application Centre (SAC) has released the employment notification inviting interested candidates. The candidates require having bachelor's degree in any of the engineering courses with a minimum of 6.84 CGPA/CPI in relevant engineering fields.

It is assumed that the new engineers are being hired for the new projects for 2018. ISRO has earlier disclosed its plans of launching one rocket every month in the next year. Looking at the job description on ISRO's website, the requirement seems urgent. The candidates interested in these posts should have pursued a diploma with first class in the relevant engineering field.

The age limit for these is 35 years old. The relaxation in the age limit will be provided as per government norms. ISRO's hiring process is completely merit-based. Having the B.E./B.Tech degree from the government recognized board/university is must to be considered in the hiring process. The interested candidates need to apply online before December 15. On the other hand, the top companies are on a hiring spree at campus placements in the top engineering colleges. Amazon is reportedly visiting over 50 engineering campuses and 40 management institutes. Microsoft is one of the top recruiters at campus placements that has begun at IITs.

Flipkart has decided not to hire any IITs or IIMs this year. Compared to Flipkart, Amazon is hiring more candidate this year. The US-based IT firm, Accenture is among the top companies to offer high salary packages at this year's campus placements at IIMs.
