DETROIT, MI, November 30th , 2017 There's a new dance studio in town and it has already taken the local dance scene by storm. has recently opened its doors to welcome people of all ages and backgrounds, who are ready to immerse themselves in the art of dancing.

Offering a variety of classes, for all levels, such as ballet, hip hop, and modern dance, the Studio also offers salsa for beginners, as well as yoga, for both advanced and novice practitioners. However, it is praise dance that Start Studio 313 is most known for, as its founder, Mrs Mya Sanders, has been a lead dancer at churches for more than ten years.

Mrs. Sanders, an Army National Guard veteran, has dedicated most of her life to honing her dance skills, receiving numerous certifications, and acting as a coach and mentor to numerous dancers, and dance companies, with regards to their style, and performance. Mrs. Sanders counts the creation of the "Dancing through Life." after-school program for the Detroit Public School system as one of her greatest achievements, as it gave her the opportunity to inspire 120 students' love for dance, through her infectious and highly engaging teaching methods.

Speaking of the Studio, Mrs. Sanders said that 'Start Studio 313 is a welcoming, all-inclusive space, where we celebrate the dance art form, and encourage everyone to express themselves through movement. We are excited to see our Studio membership grow, and can't wait to experience what the future holds for Start Studio 313.

In addition to dance classes, the Studio offers a variety of dance services, which include, but are not limited to, after-school dance programs, during-school dance programs, dance therapy, choreography assistance, forming dance company assistance, and praise dance foundation assistance.
