During the time when one is in service, any thing related to one's provident fund (PF) is generally routed through one's employer. But after leaving a job, you might have to get in touch with the PF office to sort out matters related to transfer or withdrawals of PF money.

The PF office in Delhi will not just cater to employees residing in Delhi region but may also handle PF of out-station employees stationed anywhere in the country. This is because the company could be in Delhi, and thus will be associated with the Delhi PF office.

The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation Delhi Region is headed by an Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner. The Delhi region is further divided into two regional offices, namely Delhi-North and Delhi-South headed by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-I and One Sub Regional Office - Laxmi Nagar headed by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-II.

Bhavishya Nidhi Lok Adalat
All Employees Provident Fund Organisation Regional and sub-Regional offices of the Delhi Region conduct a Bhavishya Nidhi Lok Adalat on the 10th of every month. If the 10th of any month happens to be a holiday, the Lok Adalat is conducted on next the working day.

All type of grievances of subscribers/employees relating to PF, pension and Employees Deposit Linked Insurance claims, and complaints against erring employers are heard by senior officers of the office. Efforts are made to solve the problems and grievances on the spot. However, if they are not resolved, then a time-bound schedule is fixed to solve the problem/grievance, and an intimation is given to the subscriber/complainant.

The system of Bhavishya Nidhi Lok Adalat is made to provide timely, easy, and justified solutions to subscribers/complainants, and minimise their hardships and extend proper guidance that is up to their satisfaction.
