Dr. Cubangbang's acclaimed career in medicine began in 1993 when he graduated with his Medical Degree from the Far Eastern University Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in Manilla, Philippines. After moving to the United States, Dr. Cubangbang completed an internship and then residency at the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn.
Dr. Cubangbang is certified by the American Board of Pain Medicine, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a distinguished member of the American Pain Society, the New York Pain Society, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, and in recognition of his expertise, he has earned the coveted title of Fellow of the American Academy of Pain Medicine. When he is not working, Dr. Cubangbang enjoys fishing, basketball and watching football.
