Copper gains on good demand
Mumbai, Dec 1 (PTI) Copper prices gained at the non- ferrous metal market here today on stockists buying amidst good demand from industrial users.
Copper sheet cuttings rose by Rs 9 per kg to Rs 413 from Thursday's close Rs 404 and copper armiture went-up by Rs 6 per kg to Rs 415 as against Rs 409 yesterday.
Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper utensils and copper billets moved up by Rs 5 per kg each to Rs 445, Rs 435, Rs 390 and Rs 473 as compared Rs 440, Rs 430, Rs 385 and Rs 468 respectively.
Brass utensils scrap edged up by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 312 from Rs 310 yesterday. PTI BPD MR
