Flamengo of Brazil have advanced to the 2017 Copa Sudamericana finals after defeating Atletico Junior of Colombia 4-1 on aggregate.

After winning the first leg 2-1 at the legendary Estadio do Maracana in Rio last week, Flamengo were motivated to cruise to the final stage of the tournament in the away match.

After the scoreless first half, the visitors got on the score-sheet when Felipe Vizeu converted through the legs of Viera for a 1-nil lead.

Junior were desperate for a home goal, but they missed many chances. Vizeu scored his second of the match that led Flamengo to a 2-nil victory over Atletico Junior.

Flamengo will face Independiente of Argentina in the finals with the first leg scheduled for December the 6th in Argentina and the second leg on December the 13th in Brazil.
