Den Networks gains 3% as Norges Bank buys stake in Company

The Spruce House Partnership LP sold 29,48,000 shares of Den Networks at Rs 92.76.

Shares of Den Networks added 3.3 percent intraday Thursday  as Norges Bank has bought stake in the company.

On November 29, 2017 Norges Bank on Account of The Government Pension Fund Global bought 23,88,209 shares of company at Rs 92.75 on the BSE.

However, The Spruce House Partnership LP sold 29,48,000 shares at Rs 92.76.

The company has posted consolidated net profit of Rs 1.11 crore in Q2FY18 against net loss of Rs 43.96 crore in the same quarter last year.

At 12:15 hrs Den Networks was quoting at Rs 94.50, up Rs 1.60, or 1.72 percent on the BSE.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 105.00 and 52-week low Rs 65.00 on 03 May, 2017 and 11 August, 2017, respectively.

Currently, it is trading 11.52 percent below its 52-week high and 42.92 percent above its 52-week low.
