'It's not worth it!' Farage demolishes '50bn euro' bill with key point that THEY owe US
NIGEL FARAGE slammed Britain's proposed Brexit divorce bill saying 50billion euros is "not worth it" for a deal with the bloc.
The former Ukip leader warned offering the huge sum could cause the UK's separation from the European Union to "drag on for years".
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Nigel Farage added he wanted a "clean" Brexit to allow Britain to "pursue its global future".
He said: "Even if we were guaranteed tariff-free access to the single market its not worth £50 billion. Let's be clear about that. There is a great, big world out there, 85 per cent of the world economy is outside the eurozone.
"I want a quick, clean separation from the European Union and us to pursue our global future and my worry is we offer all this money, this'll drag on for years."

Even if we were guaranteed tariff-free access to the single market its not worth £50 billion
Backdoor negations are coming to a head as the summit deadline looms next month, with reports now claiming Theresa May has crumbled to offer the EU a staggering £50 billion.
The former UKIP leader came under fire from host Piers Morgan, who suggested Farage should have warned voters that they’d be left with this hefty bill.
Mr Farage said: “We owe them nothing.
“What I said was, time and time again, as we came to the end of campaign, was no deal is better than a bad deal and this is a very bad deal.
But Morgan waded in and told him to answer the question.
He said: “That wasn’t the question. Everyone believes that both sides told a lot of porky pies."
But Farage was having none of it and left viewers with a haunting prediction.
He said: “They owe us billions of pounds.
“I am not convinced at any point that they will offer us a fair free trade deal."
