Indian Hume Pipe wins order worth Rs 120 cr
Indian Hume Pipe Company, a leading manufacturer of hume steel pipes, on Friday said the company has bagged a work order of Rs 119.73 crores from Public Health & Municipal Engineering Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
“The company has secured work order of Rs 119.73 Crores from Public Health & Municipal Engineering Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh - Ongole Municipal Corporation, for providing Water Supply Improvements Scheme under AMRUT project,” Indian Hume Pipe said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The project is to be completed within 15 months, it added. Meanwhile, shares of company were trading at Rs 472.50 apiece, up 3.20 per cent, from the previous close on the BSE at 14:05 hours.
