Meghan Markle and Prince Harry announced their engagement on Monday. Now thoughts have turned to the wedding? Will Meghan’s parents be invited? What about the rest of her family?

Meghan Markle is an LA-native with an extended family of half-siblings.
Her parents are Thomas Markle Senior, 73, and Doria Ragland, a cinematographer and therapist and yoga instructor respectively.
In their first interview together on Monday night, the couple spoke about whether Harry had met Meghan’s family.
The Prince publically met Meghan’s beloved mother Doria, 61, at the Invictus Games, where the threesome were pictured together listening to live music.

However, in the interview, the pair revealed that Harry has not met Meghan’s father, but has spoken to him over the phone.
A source reportedly told MailOnline that both of Meghan Markle's parents will be at the ceremony.
The now-divorced parents of Prince Harry’s future wife released a statement after news of the engagement, which read: “Our daughter has always been a kind and loving person. To see her union with Harry, who shares the same qualities, is a source of great joy for both parents.
“We wish them a lifetime of happiness and are very excited for their future.”

Will Meghan’s extended family be at the wedding?
Meghan has siblings on her father’s side including Samantha Grant and Thomas Markle Junior - however, it is not yet clear if they will be incited to the wedding.
However, Meghan’s niece TJ Dooley, 26, from Grants Pass, Oregon, told the Sun: “I’d probably come to the UK for the wedding – even if I’m not invited. I am thrilled.”
Meghan’s sister Samantha conducted an interview with Good Morning Briton yesterday in which she told Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid of Meghan: “I’ve seen that so much in her recently. She’s overwhelmingly happy. She’s just bubbling.”
