LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Nobody cares
Sir — This refers to the editorial, “Flying high in the sky but stuck on ground” (November 15) by VV Sundar. India is no better or worse, the situation is same all over the world — customer care is just a slogan. Many foreign airlines are now severely restricting leg space and making the seats in the cattle class narrower just to add more seats, nobody bothers about passenger discomfort.
