SSC CHSL (Tier-I) Exam 2017, Examination Dates Declared, More Info Here

Staff Selection commission has declared the examination dates for the SSC CHSL (Tier-I), Computer Based Examination, the examination is scheduled to be held from 4 March 2018 to 26 March 2018.

SSC CHSL (Tier-I) Exam 2017 will be held as part of three stage recruitment process for recruitment to the 3259 posts of LDC/JSA, Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant, and Data Entry Operator posts.  Candidates who score minimum cut off marks in SSC CHSL (Tier-I) Exam 2017 will qualify for the Subsequent Descriptive Paper (Tier-II) and Typing Test/ Skill Test (Tier-III).

SSC CHSL (Tier-I), Computer Based Examination will consist of objective type - multiple choice questions only , each section will carry weightage of  50 marks each . Examinees will be tested on their knowledge on subjects of English Language, General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness. Candidates should note there will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.
