Subscribers of TaylorSwift.com will have access to presale tickets from Wednesday, 29 November at 9am.

The general public can then access the sale on Friday, 1 December at 9am.

The reception to the announcement has been huge excitement - although supporters in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have expressed upset that the tour won't be visiting them.

Interestingly, the jaunt clashes with Katy Perry's UK dates of her Witness tour: she'll be in our corner of the globe from June 14 to June 25.

Their concerts ever be in the same city at the same time, though: Perry’s shows at London’s O2 Arena are on June 14 and 15, while rival Swift won’t be in town to play Wembley Stadium until June 22 - when Perry will be in Manchester.

Despite limited promotion, Taylor is in the midst of another smash hit album campaign: Reputation soared to No1 in the US with sales of over 1.2 million; becoming the biggest-selling record of 2017 in just a matter of days.

Here in the UK, the LP also topped the charts - shifting upwards of 80,000 units in its first seven days on the market. Reviews, too, have been mostly stellar.

The album has, of course, already yielded the hit single Look What You Made Me Do, which gave Swift her first ever singles No1 in this country.

Follow up ...Ready For It? is also now doing the rounds, following the release of its official music video last month.

Swift appeared on Jimmy Fallon's US chatshow last week and reduced the host to tears with the song New Year's Day, with lyrics that linked to the heartbreaking story he had told about his mother, in the wake of her passing.
