China Wednesday rebuffed US sanctions against Chinese entities for helping North Korea to evade nuclear restrictions, saying it was firmly opposed to such move by any country using its domestic laws other than the UN sanctions.
The United States has imposed new sanctions on 13 Chinese and North Korean organisations accusing them of helping evade nuclear restrictions against Pyongyang, a day after President Donald Trump declared it a state sponsor of terrorism.
