Philip Hammond poked fun at Jeremy Corbyn after the Labour leader lost his temper and shouted at an MP on the opposing benches during a clash over social care funding.
Mr Corbyn raged at an MP from the Conservative Party after he was interrupted during his social care rant.
Speaking on LBC, the Chancellor said only the Labour leader knew the reason behind his rage.

Jeremy Corbyn is Mr Angry, that's what he does at the dispatch box
The Chancellor replied: "You'll have to ask Jeremy Corbyn that.
"But Jeremy Corbyn is Mr Angry, that's what he does at the Dispatch Box.
"Mr Angry from Islington."
After the Budget on Wednesday, Mr Corbyn criticised the Government claiming elderly people in Britain were not receiving the care they need in the UK.
He said: “Over a million of our elderly are not receiving the care they need.”
The Labour leader was interrupted by an opposing MP in the Commons before he decided to shout back.
He said: “Over £6billion will have been cut from social care budgets by next March.
“I hope the Honourable Member begins to understand what it’s like to wait for social care, stuck in a hospital bed.
“Or other people, having to give up their work to care for them.
“The uncaring attitude of certain members opposite.”
A number of frontbenchers on the Labour Party side joined their leader in jeering the benches opposite.
The comments came on Wednesday after Philip Hammond’s budget in which the Chancellor revealed a £3billion budget for Brexit, diesel cars tax increase and plans to abolish stamp duty for first-time buyers.
