LOS ANGELES: Reality TV star Khloe Kardashian, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, will reportedly take extended maternity leave soon and stay away from the spotlight including her family show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians".

According to a source, Khloe's mother Kris Jenner is not pleased with her daughter's decision, reports aceshowbiz.com.

"Khloe is prepared to stay away for good if necessary. No matter what, she's going to hunker down and nest with the baby," the source said.

The source shared "Khloe has threatened to leave the show for good" if Kris or the producers of the show gives her a hard time.

"She can't deal with Kris micromanaging her any longer," the source added.
