In an interaction with BW Businessworld, Raman Narula, Founder and Managing Director, Formula Group talks about the future of mobilty sector, company expansion plans and work culture.

What has been the company growth in the recent past and future expansion plans?
The company has been growing at a steady pace and has clocked 30 percent growth over last year in the 1st half year April - September 17. We have been acquiring new clients at a steady pace, inspite of a visible slow down due to GST.
What is the employment scope in the mobility sector?
The mobility sector is part of the service industry and engages people at all levels to service customers, hence the employment scope is large & broad. There are job opportunities for people with great communication and people skills specially to manage relocating employees into India from various parts of the globe. Taking care of settling in needs of such expatriates and providing them with chauffeurs and cars during their stay in India also creates job opportunities for blue collared workers.
What are the hiring plans of the company and areas the company is looking to hire from?
We're planning to hire highly qualified professionals from various sectors like IT, Financial consulting or Banking, mainly from the HR division, who have managed Global Mobility for employees of their company including policy making, policy implementation and mobility management. We're also hiring professionals from fleet industry, who have high experience in the area of leasing and finance.
