Info Edge India informed the exchanges that Zomato Media Pvt Ltd, which owns and operates online food guide portal Zomato, has acquired Cathero Technologies Pvt Ltd (Runnr), an on-demand logistics and delivery firm in an all-stock deal. Post acquisition and other revamp by Zomato, the firm along with its wholly-owned subsidiary holds about 44.74 per cent in Zomato on fully converted and diluted basis. The Info Edge stock closed flat at ₹1,204 on the BSE.
