Pintos, who own Ryan school chain, get anticipatory bail in Pradyuman murder case

The Punjab and Haryana High Court today granted conditional anticipatory bail to the Pinto family, owners of the Ryan International chain of schools.

Seven-year-old Pradyuman Thakur was found murdered in the washroom of Ryan International's Bhondsi branch on September 8.

Lawyer representing the family of Pradyuman Thakur said they will file an appeal after receiving a copy of the court's order and assessing it. 

Earlier in the day, a Gurgaon district court granted bail to Ashok Kumar, the school bus conductor who was accused of killing Pradyuman.

Ashok was asked to cooperate with the Central Bureau of Investigation and inform police before leaving the city.
